First thing I thought of when I saw this was, "bento box!" It has the same pleasing shape and warm patterns as a bento box and and and... oh man, I want tonkatsu. This is a great experiment and I can picture more of these in a quilted skirt or something priddy :) The only thing that detracts from it, to me, would be the thin purple "threads" in the pink center; they look a lil too pixelly sharp in contrast to the organic textures.
