I hope that this fits in the right category... I have no idea where to submit this.
I was cutting up magazines the other night and had a glue stick handy along with some nifty bright marigold colored paper. I used an old genealogy chart from the Mormon church that used to belong to my oldest brother as a background for the marigold paper. It was taken out of his book of remembrance. The legs were a shoe ad, that I regret not saving so I could credit the brand. They are beautiful tights... and that was ultimately what made me opt for the legs. I cut out some wallpaper and graffiti from a few ads in the magazines and glued it all together like so. I hope that the colors are stimulating enough... I miss submitting.
i love the bright colours and the contrast between the graffiti and the floral design! You have really great construction in your pieces when it comes to pattern-free areas, they really enhance the subject/s. Great piece!
I miss your submitting too! Jaja. Looking through my favorites, I sure have a lot from you, but they're all so well-deserved, and this is another one! I can't really ever offer any critcism or helpful critiques (sorry!), I just love everything you do. It's so unique and bright and neat. Awesome job. : )
