Put on Your Dancing Shoes

I've been modifying this piece for so long now here and there. I figured that it was time to submit what I had done so far, before I butchered it completely. I layer this so much. From the material on the woman's skirt, to the little dots. It was a lot of fun to mess with. I have about 7 versions of this... I was happy with this one and a few others.
